Turkey sausages are not just for hot dogs! You can have them with scrambled eggs for breakfast, with lime and onion as an appetizer, or using this delicious recipe for lunch or dinner. In any of these varieties, our salsa goes great!
8 turkey sausages
¼ white onion, sliced
1 Tbsp Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles
Slice the sausages.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high and sauté onions.
Add sausages and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until sides are brown.
Then add Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles to the skillet and cook for a couple of minutes.
Enjoy with tortillas or bread!
You can use pork or beef sausages instead
