Shrimp Ceviche

Are you looking for a perfect summer food? Then try this shrimp ceviche now, it's ideal for a summer meal, delicious and super easy to make!! 😀 And if you pair it with Cielito Mio salsa you will impress your family and friends!! 😋


  • 1 lb. peeled and deveined raw medium shrimp, cooked

  • Fresh lime juice, 4-5 limes

  • ½ lb. cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ small red onion, diced

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 medium avocado

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp. Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles (or more!)


  • Chop the shrimp into ½ inch pieces and place in a large bowl.

  • Add the lime juice, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and salt, and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  • Just before serving, dice the avocado, add to the ceviche, and gently toss to combine.

  • Serve and add Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa on top


  • You can add more Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles, depending on how spicy you want it.
