Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts is one favorite fall casserole, so easy to make and so full of flavor!! I love roasted Brussels Sprouts, but adding bacon and a little of our salsa makes them incredibly delicious!!


  • 4 strips of bacon

  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 2 Tbsp. Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove from skillet and remove excess fat with a paper towel, then roughly chop.

  • To the same skillet with bacon fat, add onions a brussels sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally.

  • After 4-5 minutes, add Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles.

  • Continue stirring until brussels sprouts are cooked as desire.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!


  • You can add more or less Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles, depending on how spicy you want it.
