2 slices sourdough bread
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Spread one tablespoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.
With butter side down, spread mayonnaise on each slice and top with ¼ cup of cheddar cheese and a slice of swiss cheese.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot add bread, butter side down. Cook until bread is golden, and cheese is starting to melt, 2 minutes. Flip one piece of bread on top of the other and continue to cook 30 seconds.
