1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 package of fettuccine (16 oz)
2 cans of tuna, drained
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta in a big pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve one cup of water and drain.
Add olive oil or butter to a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and garlic and cook until translucent, around 2 minutes.
Add tuna, salt and pepper and cook for around 3-4 minutes.
Add heavy cream and cheese. Reduce heat, cover skillet and simmer until cheese is melted. Season to taste.
Add drained pasta and toss.
Serve and add Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles on top to get an incredible pasta!
You can add as much cheese as you want.
