4 tilapia fillets, or any other white fish
4 Tbsp white flour
2 eggs, large
4 Tbsp. seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Pat dry the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare 3 shallow dishes: one for the flour, one for the egg, and one for the breadcrumbs. Beat the egg lightly. Dip one fish piece at the time, first in the flour, then in the egg. Let the excess egg drip off before coating the fish in the breadcrumbs. Turn the fish to coat both sides with breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the fish 3-5 min on each side, until the breadcrumb coating becomes golden-colored.
Serve and add Cielito Mio Gourmet Salsa with Dried Chiles on top and enjoy!
You can also bake the fish if you do not like frying.
Serve with a green salad, mashed potatoes, rice or grilled vegetables.
